Food Porn - Crispy Dinuguan


dinuguan, otherwise known as pig's blood stew. traditionally cooked using the entrails but has since evolved into a healthier version using the standard cooking parts such as liempo (belly). speaking of "evolution", it was only a matter of time before someone decided to fry the meat/fat pieces to a crisp before cooking it via the usual dinuguan style.

verdict? i love the texture and crispiness of this oh-so-sinful dish!
